Yes. This is Techryan’s private, encrypted remote support tool. Connections only happen with your permission, and you can see everything the technician does on your screen. You can close the app at any time to end access.
Windows warned me about the file. What do I do?
Because this is our custom support tool, Windows SmartScreen may show an unrecognized app message. Click More info, then Run anyway. The app is digitally signed and safe to run.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The support tool runs directly without installation and makes no permanent changes to your computer.
